Recently under new restaurant and kitchen management, we are taking the opportunity to experiment with recipes, including ingredients from local farmers and producers, to improve our seasonal offerings. Our goal is to provide the Happy Valley community with highest-quality farm-to-table dishes and drinks at a value while experiencing the charm and hospitality of the finest service staff."

Gigis is not about redefining Southern cooking, it’s an ingredient driven focus exploring the reality of Southern food. Using modern and classic technique paired with artistic and rustic plating result in playful dishes such as our fried green tomato BLT with pimento cheese and bacon tomato jam.

We treat fresh local products with the proper respect. Showcasing farm fresh harvests, from organic free-range meats to tree-ripened sweetness; this is the heart of farm to table cooking. We transform our menu seasonally with the intention of keeping ingredients the season’s freshest and the variety of dishes dynamic.
